Outsystems Tech Lead

What will you do?

As the Outsystems Tech Lead for our back-office team, you will have the autonomy to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our applications. You will play a key role in coaching team members, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the entire software development cycle. Our back-office team consists of three developers, a tester, and a product owner. You will report directly to our Head of Product and Tech.

Who are you?

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have extensive experience with OutSystems.
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead.
• You possess strong technical skills in architectural patterns and solution design.
• You are enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment or have an aversion to large and slow organizations.
• Experience in the energy sector is a valuable addition.
• You speak and write fluent English and Dutch.
• You are based in the Randstad (Netherlands).
