What you'll do 

• You define the AI direction: create a roadmap with high-impact use cases from marketing to customer service. 

• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable AI tools and solutions for specific use cases. 

• You test and roll out new tools, working hands-on with the tech and the teams. 

• You’re the link between data engineers and business teams, and are fluent in both worlds. 

• You stay ahead of trends in LLMs and GenAI and turn them into real value. 

• You grow the internal AI community: think lunch & learns, tool demos, and more. 

• You report to our Head of Trading & AI. 

What you bring 

• 3 to 5 years of experience leading AI or data projects: from concept to execution. 

• Solid grasp of LLMs and GenAI: the power and the pitfalls. 

• Hands-on with prompts or Python? Even better. 

• Experience implementing AI tools that actually get used. 

• Great at communicating across tech and business. 

• Curious, proactive, and eager to share your AI energy.
