As a Junior Operations Coordinator Smart Homes, you are the operational link behind our smart energy solutions. Whether it’s smart, affordable solutions for solar panels, batteries, or charging stations, you make sure everything is available at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantity. What will you do?
In this role, you ensure that our logistics processes run smoothly. From procurement to installation, you maintain oversight and ensure that any bottlenecks are identified and resolved on time. You coordinate with suppliers, transporters, colleagues from customer service, and the technical department. No day is the same, and you know exactly what’s needed to align everything seamlessly.
Concretely, this means you will:
Manage purchase orders from request to delivery
Coordinate transport and logistics
Serve as the go-to person for the Customer Support department
Collaborate with the technical department on defects and malfunctions
Keep forecasting and inventory management in order
Identify opportunities for improvement and take action yourself
Ensure delivery times by communicating effectively with all parties involved
Create reports on KPIs such as inventory changes, customer satisfaction, and costs

Job requirements
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
Structured and able to maintain a clear overview
Clear communicator who can easily coordinate with different parties
Hands-on, enjoys variety, and acts quickly when needed
Process-oriented and always looking for smarter ways to work
Stays calm when plans change and easily switches between priorities
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
