What are you going to do?

As a Outsystems Tech Lead of our back-office team, you will have the autonomy to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our applications. You will play a key role in mentoring team members, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle. Our back-office team consists of three Developers, a Tester, and a Product Owner. You will report directly to our Head of Product and Tech.

Who Are you?

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• Advanced experience with OutSystems;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead;
• Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, and solutions design; 
• Keen on working in a start-up environment or weary of big and slow organizations;
• Experience working in the energy sector is a nice plus;
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Based in the randstad area (The Netherlands).

We charge on the basis of actual hourly prices (this is on average about 46% cheaper than the traditional fixed prices;
